Putting routes/courses from OS maps (Ordnance Survey) UK to 1040 device.

Want to add routes I have plotted and saved in OS maps (Ordnance Survey) UK to my new 1040 device.  I seem to have added them to Garmin Connect and show on phone app but not showing on the device itself though I did somehow managed to get one route on initially but cant seem to add any more.

    If you have got the sync from OS Maps to Garmin Connect that’s the hard but done.  Once in GC App, under More -> Training and Planning ->  Courses when you select the course there is a little symbol to Send to Device (also on the web version in a similar way). Then you need to force a re-sync of the 1040 and GC, from the GC app (devices, sync circle icon) or the 1040 under the burger menu, connected features

    Thanks for reply crispgarmin.  I did stumble across how to do it after a taking a break and trying again and saw that very little blue icon/symbol.  I've written method down for next time as I'll never remember if only doing intermittently.
