Edge 1040 Map Issues - Rerouting/Turn by Turn

In the last week, my Edge 1040 stopped rerouting me and won’t give me turn by turn directions. A week ago I rode a route and it was fine. This week I loaded up the same route but it’s having issues. The first problem is that it doesn’t prompt me with “Navigate to Beginning?” anymore. It just loads up the route. Next, it stopped giving me turn by turn directions. At the top, it just shows the closest upcoming road. It doesn’t alert me for upcoming turns. Nothing. The last part is rerouting. If I go off route, I get a single alert “Off Course” and then nothing. No prompt for reroute. No new directions. Nothing. 

I’m not sure what to do. It’s the same route that was working a week ago.

    I lost the turn by turn directions the week before last. My fix that I found yesterday and tested today, was to go in to the Nav section of the active profile, then Configure Map. There I found that the region I use was there, but NOT enabled. Once enabled all was back to normal. 

    I think this happened when Garmin express moved my old maps, and installed the Topo one.
