Before I submit a regression in the 28.x beta forums, can someone pls confirm my memory of existing behaviour in current 27.x software series.
In freeride, when encountering a segment in a profile with segment screen, the countdown distance starts and the screen switches to segment page with the elevation profile and other customised fields.
If you then swipe back to the map page the segment is highlighted green with start and end icons and direction-of-segment chevrons.
Can someone pls confirm that on this map screen is also a virtual partner showing where the current segment target is on the route, which then sits, mockingly, at the finish line once the "sad-noise" you-lost segment completion concludes after your PR time has elapsed. (this segment VP is not shown on the 28.x software but need to ratify my memory)
