Hazard/Siren Display on map

Does anyone know what this map displays? I saw this for the first time and there were emergency police vehicles nearby? is it related - maybe showing active sirens nearby?

Are you using the standard Garmin maps or have you installed some 3rd party maps? If so could you identify those maps.
