Same, battery draining 2x if not more than previously, including when device is put to sleep (as opposed to completely turned off). I'm on non-Solar.

Same for me, on non-solar.
Turning off Garmin share was for me (on the non solar version) the key to "normal" battery life. But what is wrong with auto brightness?
