Moin moin,

Climb pro hat die Steigung schon abgeschlossen, obwohl ich noch im Berg bin. Festgestellt (mehrfach) gestern auf der Tou de Energie (Göttingen).

Lt. Manuel sind die Climb pro Parameter korrekt.

Wo liegt der Fehler?

The climb end point is based on the DEM data when free riding or the course elevation data when following a course. If this data is not accurate then it could end early or late.

Did you sync the route via the Garmin Connect API? For example from Strava, RideWithGps, plotaroute etc.

I also have similar Climb Pro problems for such routes. Workaround is either copy the route file to your 1040 via USB or duplicate the route in Garmin Connect before syncing it to your Edge 1040. Garmin Connect updates the elevation data when it duplicates the route.
