I can turn the device on and off. The only thing this does is light the screen or darken it. I have tied a soft restart multiple times and no changes. I then tried forcing it into Mass Storage Mode. This just seems to connect the device to Garmin Express in the normal way. Garmin Express recognizes the device and syncs with it and seems to function normally and shows the device is up to date but the device still has the same problem when disconnected. I then moved on to trying Factory Resetting the device which didn't change anything. Any ideas on what to try next?
