Garmin Coach - New program Edge 1040 vs Forerunner 965

Hello,
I've begin a new training plan with Garmin Coach. Today, I see differences between these 2 devices.
Edge indicate : rest, FR965 indicate : workout. On Garmin Connect, this is the same thing to FR965.
2 devices are synchronized but difference persit.
Could you tell me why ?
