I went into the house, and my Edge 1040 started installing the latest software. (I received a message at the start of my ride that said the update would be applied when I powered the unit off the next time. I didn't get around to powering off, but the update came along anyway.) When it was installed, I saw my ride summary.
It gave me some exciting tidbits - my distance of 40.97km was covered in zero time Power stats seemed accurate, but my heart rate was 151 average, with a max of 104, while I wasn't wearing my heart rate strap. Elevation was correct. Cycling dynamics were screwy, platform offset was zero on both sides, and the shifting counts were 38791 for the front and 49065 for the rear. I also had a solar gain of zero, though I have the non-solar model of the 1040.
I hope I get better stats on my next ride!
