Storage space on 1040 Edge?

I just got my 1040 Edge, and it shows that it has 28.9 GB for Internal Storage. I loaded the North America Map and cannot load the European map also. Is there a way to increase the internal storage?

There's no way to increase storage space. But why would you load both Europe and North America Maps at the same time?

I seem to have managed to load both.

About 7GB left, I think.
