Strava Widget Discovering Segments not working

Hello, Ich bought a totally new 1040 Solar. I had an 1030 with working Strava Widget. But on my 1040 Solar it says i have to log in with Strava in my Garmin Connect. But I´am connected! like on my other devices it works fine. All other Strava gimmigs like live Segments etc. are working on the 1040 Solar. What is the issue here?

    It hasn't worked for me since I got a Garmin Edge 1040, more than half a year. Well, I also have a Fenix 7 pro and the amount of software bugs made me get used to it. But I don't recommend this equipment to anyone anymore.

    Hey, Garmin Support had the solution. Now it works. 

    To do this, proceed as follows:

    Remove the Edge from the Connect app

    Remove the Edge from your smartphone's Bluetooth settings

    Remove the smartphone from the device settings on the Edge under Menu > Connectivity > Phone

    Restart the Edge and the smartphone

    Put the Edge in pairing mode under Menu > Phone > Activate + Pair Smartphone

    Connect the Edge to your smartphone (only) via the Connect app (More > Garmin devices > Add device)
