Provision every morning

My Edge 1040 will not show training status. I sync every morning, but the two attached images show all day. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Even after the latest updates, this happens every day.

I have noticed that using the desktop app to sync will get rid of the "Provisional Training...." message.

What's the difference between the PC, USB, and Garmin Express app sync versus Android phone, Bluetooth, and Connect app?
