Hi, I'm an IQ Apps developer and since the last updates I have multiple users reporting problems with the device crashing when turning on, it keeps restarting without booting.
Resetting the device to factory settings fixes it but I don't think it's the right way to proceed.
My app uses persistent storage and I suspect the problems come from the new MTP management system. Once the device is restarted the apps don't have any problems.
Is there any other kind of solution to completely delete the data of an app like formatting does or any other option to suggest without having to do a full reset?
