Black Screen on Startup Garmin

Hi everyone,

I have been experiencing a black screen issue with my Garmin [Device Name]. When I try to turn it on, the screen remains completely black. I can hear sounds or feel vibrations, but nothing is displaying on the screen. I’ve tried restarting the device and charging it fully, but the issue persists.

Here are the details:

  • Device Model: Garmin Fenix 6, Forerunner 245, Vivoactive 4, Venu 2, Instinct Solar, Approach S62 (or your specific model).
  • The black screen happens when I turn the device on or during normal usage.
  • I’ve already tried resetting the device, fully charging it, and checking for updates, but the screen remains black.
