Garmin Coach no longer active yet shows workouts - How do i get rid of so my other programs can sync?

I recently tried out the Garmin coach plan to see what types of workouts it offered and found that it was not a good fit for me. I cancelled it. Since then, however, my Edge 1040 will show nothing but the no longer enrolled in coach plan under my training section. In Garmin connect, you do not see anything under the calendar yet the unit shows it. I have tried re-syncing it with the phone, removing and re-adding wifi and nothing.

Anything I can do without resetting the unit to scratch? Can't see my plans from other programs. I have been using my computer indoors which is not ideal for now.
