Garmin routes organisation

Is there no way to organise routes on the Garmin edge? I basically have a big long list and it's quite annoying. I do wonder why there aren't sub folders.

I don't know which device you have, but on my Edge1040 I can delete them on the device itself. No need for any cables.

And how to delete them after a while. I have my devices full of old useless routes. And if I want to delete them easily I still need to use USB cable

On the edge you can, but one by one. And if you a Fenix, consider that when you sync a route on Edge (flagging it on Strava) it is saved on the watch too. And also on the watch then you need to delete tens of route one by one.
I would like to have an option that delete the route when it syncs if I delete the route on the app.

No, you can delete selected (checked) courses at once:

-> Find a course -> Saved courses -> 3 dot context menu -> Delete: check courses to delete

Great, tnx for the info! So the problem now still remains on the Fenix only.
