SRAM AXS disconnect cycle

Rival AXS 12 speed goes through a continuous connect disconnect cycle every minute or so while riding. I have a screen set to display gear position, Battery levels and time of activity. All disconnect and reconnect at the same time. Edge is on software ver 24.19. SRAM derailleur and levers are on the currently available firmware. SRAM AXS Android app is ver 2.24.0

Update: The AXS rear derailleur is powered by the TQ eBike system. The issue seems to be instability of the provided power. If bike supplied power is removed and it is replaced with an AXS derailleur battery everything works as expected. It is a problem for Trek/TQ to resolve. It isn't easy to measure the supplied voltage to the derailleur which communicates with the Edge.

    I removed all sram sensors, “power off” the head unit, then add the sensors again. i’m running sram 12 speed axs as well. I didn’t have the disconnect/connect cycles you experienced but when things go screwy, that’s my goto move. Good luck.

    This on a Trek Domane+ with the TQ motor. It turns out that the AXS shifter info dropouts are when the motor is engaged. With the TQ system on but with no boost level set the data from AXS drivetrain displays properly without interruption. As soon as a motor level is selected the AXS gear info is interrupted. When assist is turned off it immediately returns.

    You have the shifter powered from the ebike, right?
