incident detection still tries to send texts to contacts, even though I have everything disabled?

I have the latest firmware 24.19 on a 1040S.

In Safety and Tracking -> Incident Detection, I have every profile disabled. However, when I crash, the unit still tries to send a message to my contacts, and I have to press-and-hold the red banner to cancel it. Why is it still doing this?

Yep, and I've had difficulty cancelling it on mine. How long do you hold the banner in order to cancel?

At least 3 secs. I believe the banner tells you, but I can't remember how long.

I've done way longer than 3 seconds and never got it to cancel.
