ClimbPro worse than a year ago...

Hi guys,

A year ago, i was complaining that ClimbPro is not able to to hit start/end of a climb correctly in a free ride... nothing has changed about that... But it is even worse... after last updates i noticed that ClimbPro on my Edge is detecting even more smaller climbs, or dividing longer in two smaller... Well who cares right?

But few days ago it was so called last drop for me and i turned off that useless "feature" forever. On a route i know very well, ClimbPro signalized - hey there is a climb ahead... 400m/18m of elevation... (if my math is right, that is like 4,5% average slope. That was kinda surprise for me since i was on a completely flat road.

And on the attached picture below you can see what was then recorded in my ride...

Wow

500 metres and 3 metres of elevation. According to the ClimbPro description, this is something that should not be even detected... but it is... what a joke :)

Serouisly Garmin, guys... you should dump the whole team (if there is any) which is probably only pretending any work on this feature, because its getting worse and worse...

I am in peace now :D coz i finally snapped and turned that thing off so i wont be bothered anymore by non-existing climbs or ending climbs in the middle of the hill.

Every single hill was done by thousands of cyclists and it is on Strava as a segment... but you still had to come with  something own... It is terrible and not getting any better.
