Tones/beeps are very loud

Hello all,

I am an Edge 1040 noob:

I have tones/beeps enabled, however I am finding them rather loud, compared to my previous Edge 830.

Is there a way to reduce the volume at all?

It’s not possible to change the volume of the tones.

Do like I do and put headphones on that way you can hear the beeps over your Spotify playlist.
