No power or cadence data

Hi,

I have a new bike with a power meter in the crank, while I can connect the power meter OK, I get no power or cadence data. All Firmware up to date.

Did you pair it via ANT+ or BT as power sensor? What kind of crank-based powermeter? Shimano?
