Decided to update my Edge 1040's Software, 3rd software update to my device in a row that has introduced, or in this instance, re-introduced an issue.
I had a widely experienced issue with 20.17 where my Quarq power meter would not connect to my 1040. The issue was subsequently fixed in a software update, that software update introduced a bug where lapping beyond 10 laps would crash my computer, after still having issues I decided to update once again to 23.09, but this has re-introduced the power meter connectivity issues from 20.17...
Such a disappointing continued experience with what should be one of Garmin's flagship devices.
