Hey, I've got a Dura-Ace Di2 drivetrain on my ebike (motor supplied by Mahle), and I've got a Garmin 1040 head unit which can receive signals from the "third button" (the one on the top of the hoods). My Edge bike computer can use those button presses to control some functions on the computer, such as changing computer pages or changing light configurations. The missing functionality, for me, is being able to adjust my e-bike's assist level using those buttons (below):

Here's the menu changes I'd like to see on the 1040 configuration page for these buttons, allowing me to assign, for instance, a tap on the left button to increase my ebike assist level (new functions that are not currently present are shown with a yellow exclamation mark for clarity)

As my bike computer can already control eBike Assist levels using the widget, and can already receive communication from the buttons, as shown above, is it possible for this functionality to be added to the edge unit, as suggested in the third panel shown above? This seems like a (relatively) easy add, and I'd really appreciate not having to take my hands off the handlebars to adjust things from a safety perspective. Any chance this could be done?
