Is it possible or maybe will be possible to have the same UI on Edge 1040 as on Edge 1050?

Is it possible or maybe will be possible to have the same UI on Edge 1040 as on Edge 1050? I want to have the new UI on my Garmin as it looks more convenience

Unfortunately no , DCrainmaker says on his video that is dependent of new CPU in unit, so older devices won't get it.

Honestly the new UI looks very x20 (520/820) style.

I was surprised at how dated my 1040 interface looked when GPLama had both units side-by-side.

Oh, well. Took me a bit to get comfortable with the 1040 UI after its upgrade from the 830 I used to cycle…

Oh, well. Took me a bit to get comfortable with the 1040 UI after its upgrade from the 830 I used to cycle with. The 1050 UI won't be enough to bring me over to that unit, nor will its new bell feature.
