Want to do an hour long workout but continue unstructured riding after. Want to view the entire workout and after workout ride as one continuous activity. Thx
Let me rephrase. Would like to see the post ride data as intended, for the workout with the intervals and their respective times and power as laps I suppose; I have yet to complete a workout just trying to set up my 1040 so I can use it outdoors with imported workouts, and the post workout freeride as another lap? I'm not really sure how this data would be presented as I've never used Garmin for workouts. Thx
