Preparing pizza instead of software for sports equipment.

I have the impression that (sorry to the pizza guys) they would be more competent in preparing firmware than Garmin programmers. What do I base my opinion on? The fact that for many years (I don't know why - I think it's the last model) I have been a user of watches, bicycle computers, scales and others, there were no trouble-free devices. this was due to firmware errors. It can't be that I go out for a bike ride and when I start the activity I have to declare data fields again, it can't be that the sensors turn off, it can't be that Egde is reset, it can't be that with each subsequent update we have to worry that something It will not work. I'm not talking about beta versions, because it is known that they may contain errors. But when the official version does not work properly, a device costing several hundred dollars is useless and could probably be replaced with a Chinese equivalent. But when the official firmware version does not work properly, a device costing several hundred dollars is useless and could probably be replaced with a Chinese equivalent. In such a case, I believe that a collective lawsuit should be filed against Garmin, especially since this situation is permanent.
