This subject keeps coming up and Garmin keeps closing the threads with no resolution.
Non stop "InReach Found" "InReach Disconnected" alerts drown out alerts I actually NEED Like Drink and Eat.
I understand that InReach isn't going to have satellite 100% of the time, I don't need a notification every time my InReach drops or connects to a satellite in the cluster.
The only solution I've found is to disconnect the InReach from my Edge 1040, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an Edge AND an InReach.
My ideal feature is to have a means to control the audio prompt for every potential alert. Let ME decide which alerts are important, and in endurance / ultra endurance cycling Eating and Drinking are at the top of the list. Missing one of either can lead to sub optimal things.
