I have an edge 1040 and a forerunner 955. Previously, I have a race event set in July. Both my devices' daily suggested workout were targeting that event. Unfortunately, that event was cancelled and I deleted that even on Garmin Connect. After syncing, my FR955 no longer shows that event. However, my edge 1040 continues to show that event and my DSW continue to be tailored to it. I have tried re-creating that event and re-delete it -- my edge 1040 is still wrong. I have tried a device reset and re-sync from Garmin connect, the "deleted" event shows up again. What can I do? I have see multiple forum posts with the same problem (albeit with a different device). None seem to have sort of solution.
