Smart trainer settings in sensors “wheel size” and “gear ratio”

Hello,

I just did the setup of my Kickr Bick Shift and in the settings sensors>smart trainer>trainer "wheel size", "gear ratio" and "bike weight" should be set to what?

Also I see the unit only connect to the smart trainer through ANT, isn't it possible to force Bluetooth?
