Improvment on load balance and trainig score (Low aerobic, High Aerobic and anaerobic)

I am normally a person that develop my own training sesion (Based on power and heart rate), my zones of training are 100% perfect, when I have to do a vo2max training at the end my garmin shows vo2max, when I do a training of an sprint, I always get sprint, etc etc... the reason of this post is that I would like to add that I am personally hink is a nice improvment. When Ihave a training sesion, as soon as I finish the job, I have always to end that training session, and always to ride until get my home is about 8 milles, so I do always start a new session and ride in my zone 2, and the reason I do this is because if I finish my intervals of that high intensity and ride until get home in zone 2, at the end the evaluation will be base, because Ido beleive that Garimin take the average of the whole session. and what I was thinkg that would be great if in the display were you can pause, retorn intervals or skip a step to add a button that can sumarize that session until this botton is hited and confirmed, so insteat to end the sesion and start a new one.

what you guys think?

are there any other do the same?

At the end I am always care about my load, so it is important to me this part.

    The Training Effect is based on the dynamics of the peak EPOC buildup during the workout. As long as your warmup and cooldown are low intensity and comparatively very short, they will have very little effect on the peak EPOC of the workout. Worst case, they will add a fraction to the Aerobic TE component. There is very little risk this will impact the overall workout label.Of course, if you do a 15mn warmup in Zone2, bike for 30mn in Zone 2 and cool down for 15mn in Zone 2 again, there will be a more noticeable influence :-)

    Moreover, my load focus now is "High Aerobic Shortage" with 0 (zero) load in High Aerobic part.

    0 "High Aerobic" load vs. "Highly Impacting Aerobic" - I can't quite put my finger on what is wrong here Wink
