My Edge 1040 stopped auto detecting FTP, across three different bikes/power meters, and used to work with all of them. FW version is 20.19, but the last time FTP was updated was in July 2023, don't know which FW version it was on at the time.
Timing coincides with when I started using a Forerunner 265 for HR as a sensor on the 1040 rather than a Garmin chest HR.
Is it a known limitation that auto detect FTP doesn't work when using a Garmin watch as an HR sensor?
