GPS ver 0.00

Hello ,
After updating version to 20.19,
My GPS does not connect to the satellites and a message appears periodically about updating the GPS firmware every few seconds.
The GPS version is 0.00.
I would be very happy for help

What files do you see in the Garmin\RemoteSW folder on the Edge?

Try deleting 006B386506.GCD. That file is the GPS software. Re-sync and see if the unit downloads the software again and successfully performs the install.

Just one thought have you fully powered the unit off and back on again after applying the update.
