Live track messages no longer arrive on device

I've noticed that recently, the Live Track messages sent by individuals tracking me through the site (received via email) are no longer being received on my Edge 1040. I don't believe this is an Edge 1040-specific issue, as it ceased functioning on firmware version 19.22, and the problem persists with version 20.19.

Before my ride, I ensure that the Garmin Connect app is launched and connected to my Edge 1040 device (I do receive notifications from messages, WhatsApp ... during the ride).

The odd thing is that the message tends to appear a few days later when I reboot my Edge 1040 or when I reconnect to the Garmin Connect app.

Do you have any insights on this matter?
