How do I add bikes to the counter? Apparently we can, according to the settings file

In the settings.fit file which is in GARMIN/Settings/settings.fit I see that we can configure up to 10 bikes, but I can't find in the garmin how to switch from one bike to another, nor how to configure it.

That is a throw back to earlier Edge models that had bike profiles, before Garmin switched to activity based profiles.
