Walking Profile

Is there w way to setup a Walking profile? I set one but it still thinks it is a bicycle and it uploads to Garmin Connect and Strava as a bicycle ride.

Give the ConnectIQ app Hike2+ by jim_m_58 a try. (Edge 1040 is shown as a compatible.)

Been a while since I used it on an Edge device but the saved activity will be a Walk (or Hike if you prefer).
