Today I noticed that my edge doubled time of training. I trained 90 min whereas EDGE showed 3 hours. And the samy average speed is lower twice. Any idea?
After training, I manually changed the training duration.
I will dig a little deeper, but it does look there was a clock adjustment after you started the timer as we have the odd situation where the elapsed timer is shorter than the the activity timer, which should be an impossibility.
I see you are on software build 18.25, which is quite an old build for the 1040. Is there a reason you on this build.
| total_elapsed_time | 5402.305 | s | total_timer_time | 10802.31 | s |
yes, this version is the most stable. Version 19.22 caused problems with the connection of radar and with an indoor bike (trainer). Often these connections have had breaks, whereas radar only works as a rada, EDGE didn't see it as a light - I couldn't change the way of lights. So I decided to rollback to the old version and I'm waiting for the version that will be as good as this one 18.25. I see the newest one is 20.11 but not sure how it works.
I'm guessing you were also using Indoor more?
Was the Edge coming out of suspend mode when you used it, or had it been fully powered off and then powered on?
Not sure which one would you like. One is from yesterday - the duration was ok, but I don't know why EDGE gave me training, not the same that I have in Trainingpeaks. I noticed it after training because both are very similar.
The second is from the 24th of Jan, where the duration was doubled by EDGE.
