Not connecting to Hrm Pro plus

Hi my Edge 1040 can t find my Hrm Pro plus anymore. 

I tried different things but nothing seems to work. 

I removed all sensors and reconnect. But no Hrm strap is found.

The strap works fine with my Edge 1030 and 965.
