Associating profiles with specific bikes on 1040

Can I associate different gear (bikes) to different profiles? I have a MTB and a gravel bike. I have created MTB- and gravel profiles on my Edge. However, I have not found a way to associate the MTB with the MTB profile. Same for gravel. Instead, I need to manually update post ride on the Garmin Connect website, which I find pretty frustrating.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign a bike to a specific profile.
This has been requested for years, but is still not possible.
