Edge 1040 connection to DI2 groupset

Hello, can nine help me here. I have an edge 1040, when I go to settings and sensors, I select DI2 to add sensor. My edge cannot find the Di 2 even if I change the gears as it requires. Any help on this please

What di2. 11 or 12 speed? 11 speed I take it you have the wireless unit installed(EW-WU101 or EW-WU111). 12 speed I understand it’s built in but not sure if it is activated in E-TUBE or something. Have you tried access also via E-TUBE via the phone app?

Yes I have the 11speed ew wu111. I am using the phone app. It finds the device and I checked for updates which there’s none.

When pairing select “ All Sensors” not DI2 I found that is what worked for me. That is if you haven’t tried it already.

One suggestion would be to make sure you have ANT+ activated in the E-Tube app.
