Basecamp Garmin Edge 1040 - communication error

Since the firmware update to 19.19, a communication error is displayed when working with BaseCamp. Several functions are no longer available. The dialog says: Please contact customer support.

Basecamp version 4.7.5.

I don't experience this problem when I use my old Garmin Edge 1030 plus.

There is a fix for that in the 19.21 Beta

Change Log 19.21

Fixed auto backlight issue causing battery drain.
Fixed BaseCamp compatibility.
