Dropping all sensors every couple seconds

I bought my 1040SOLAR last year in August. It was okay then and I was very happy despite very rare occasions were it dropped my Varia Radar RTL515. I enrolled to their public beta testing and, back then, the updates did fix them.

The more serious issue started circa September this year until now. It practically is useless. I am currently on the latest firmware, v19.19, have hard reset it in the last three firmware updates.

It keeps dropping all my ANT+ connections: my Garmin RS100 Power Meter in all three of my bikes, my electronic shifting gears (Campagnolo Super Record 12 EPS, SRAM AXS, and two Di2), heart rate monitor, HRM, and my Garmin Varia Radar. I tested it with my indoor smart trainer, and it drops the connection every ten or so seconds.

I have reached to the Product Support and have sent two sets of the 'Garmin' folder from my Edge, but yet to find a satisfactory solution. I was just wondering when will it end, and if it's a hardware-related issue.

Hypothetically speaking, if someone bought a brand new 1040Solar now, out of the box, will the stock firmware be also as buggy as this?
