I have for the past year had fitness level 39 on my Garmin.
It is not moving anywhere.
I used to have 43-52 something.
At the same time as I have 39 on the Garmin my Strava is increasing every week.
I exercise 5 days a week and sometimes I also have two sessions per day.
I do road cycling during the weekend between 50 and 100km at a time.
The other days due to darkness I do body pump, spinning and various strength exercises. All is tracked on my Forerunner 965.
When it is spring and summer I cycle several times per week.
When cycling I use Edge 1040.
Does anyone else have this issue too?
