I saw a post about this that was over a year old. The thread was locked, so I am opening a new one.
It happened to me this week. I rode on Tuesday and everything was fine. Thursday when I turned the Edge on, two fields on my data screen had swapped. I didn't have time to switch them back until after the ride.
My edge 1040 (non-solar) is in the beta program and is running version 18.25
