Grouptrack problem

Good night. I have a problem with Grouptrack.
I use an Edge 1040.
When I select one of my connections, I get the map with my partner's connection in the shape of a circle with his initial inside, but my position does not appear on the map unless we are practically together. With the EDGE 1030 this did not happen to me, I saw the current position of my connections and mine even if we were separated. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks and regards.

  • Good evening, could someone please check how this topic is going? I mean that someone who uses grouptrack can see if when they select one of their connections they see themselves on the map (it has to be while distanced). Thank you.

  • Is your problem limited to when a particular person is selected? Or do you experience the same on the main map screen? On the map screen I see all riders no matter the distance (unless they are tens of kilometers away). When I was checking a position of another rider, I never looked for myself on that screen, but I can try next time :-)

  • First of all, thank you very much for answering. The problem is with any contact, I have verified that. On the main map (which does not correspond to the Grouptrack), I do see my connections and myself, but I find it more useful to click on a contact and see both of us simultaneously on the map (just as it works on the Garmin Edge 1030).
