Garmin 1040 strava live segments not working

I have recently subscribed strata. however, the live segments never show up on my 1040. I tried to restar and resync, repaire accounts, and sent routes from strava instead of Garmin course. None of them is working, do you guys have a good solution?

This has been a question for over 7 years on each new Edge model. It’s complete BS that you can’t ride a segment while navigating.

Have You enabled live segments in bike profile on device ? Second thing is that live segments work only with free ride you cant use follow course or navigate if you want to ride a segment.

I enabled. And indeed I was following course. I was seeking for a solution that the segment pop out when following courses
