The current system of associating only one default bike to "cycling" is antiquated. This is especially true since the Edge computers give you multiple cycling profiles. Please consider updating the system to allow a bike to be associated with a given profile. We have "Road, MTB, Gravel, eMTB, and eGravel". Most of the people I know have a different bike for each category they ride. By only allowing one default bike it means setting no default and remembering to change the bike for each ride.
I know this request has been made many times for years and the discussions get locked. At least give us a response.
