TRASH: will we have a solution for a sensor drop? When?

I switched from wahoo (elemnt bolt v2) to garmin (solar edge 1040). I'm very angry.
Expensive device, but in every training my garmin varia (RTL515) disconnects! Absurd.
Will we have a solution one day?

Labor Day weekend is only 10-days away, and the leaves are already falling in the northern half of the country. I wouldn't count on anything happening this season.

I think you assume every user of the RTL515 has this problem.
I don't have an RTL515 but I do have an RTL511 and an Edge 1040 and I don't recognize this.
Maybe someone with an RTL515 will react

I usually get 1-2 to disconnects / reconnects of my Varia RTL515 per ride. They are annoying but as it has always reconnected quickly on its own, I mark it as annoying not catastrophic. That said, I have no idea what would cause it to do this. Edge 1040 (non-solar) in my case.
