update climbpro

Hello everyone I come to you for a problem The first update of climbpro went well and the function worked perfectly the second one recently screwed up and since that day I no longer have a climbpro. I explain myself by the fact that the climbs are no longer recognized and in the map section on the counter, I no longer have a climbpro map... Does anyone know how to force reinstall it? THANKS

  • Try uninstalling the Cycle map and then re installing it.

    1. Connect your device to the computer with the Garmin branded USB charging cable.

    2. Launch Garmin Express.

    3. Select your device.

    4. Garmin Express will then display available updates. If it says you are up to date, then the software and maps currently installed to your device are on the most current version(s).

NOTE: Ensure that your computer has enough disk space to download and temporarily store updates and/or map files.

    5. Select Manage Maps to remove the cycle map from your device.

    6. Uncheck the cycle maps

    7. Select Apply Changes.

    8. Review and accept any prompts for Terms and Conditions or Important Notes.

    9. Once Garmin Express finishes applying the changes, disconnect your watch from the computer, then plug it back in and follow the same steps but checking the cycle map.
