Today my Garmin deleted my activity record after my ride. It was raining and because of that, I had to lock the screen because it literally gone crazy. It was flipping between the data screens sometimes trying to replace some data displayed on it. Anyways... when I was finished the ride it was not raining anymore. I've stopped the activity, wiped the screen and unlocked it... and I was watching as it started clicking by itself on the left-hand side button - DISCARD (ride), on the next screen there was a question asking if I'm sure I want to delete it... and the confirmation button was on the same side and in the same place as the button I've previously mentioned (discard button)... because the screen was still wet a bit... it clicked - by itself - the same place on the screen again... and confirmed the deletion. I did almost 80km today, and for sure I achieved some goals on segments... but this is now lost and I can't do anything to restore it. Please Garmin, do something... fix the issue with the wet screen, change the layout or do not delete the files post-ride - maybe move to some other directory. Because this is so frustrating... I did not want to delete it and yet I was not able to prevent deleting it.
