Edge 1040 and Assimo Duo Power Pedals

Please could someone provide me with an idiots guide to setting up the Assimo Duo on my Edge 1040 so that I can see what power is being produced (I am a Techno Numpty!)

I believe I have it paired (via ANT+ as its showing in my sensor list, thought I had calibrated it but no readings on power when riding?

I would really like to see what power I produce on each pedal (to work on my smoothness) but would settle for any reading! :)

I am obviously doing something wrong, but don't know what (I have read the manual and it makes no sense to me???)

Do you have a screen with any power-related data field? What is it showing?

I'd be glad to help as I have a similar setup and have had no troubles. (Unless you count when I accidentally paired via Bluetooth.) Like Marcin said, if you share some screenshots, you could get some help from the community. Start with a list of your paired sensors, the sensor details, and data screens where you've configured some power fields.

Hi, Here are the screen shots I have, I removed and repaired this morning, but still no joy. I rode for a bit but no power readings?

Problem Solved!!!!!

Am I stupid or what! I had not activated the pedals with the Assioma App, have now activated them and all working fine (That'll teach me!) Thanks for your help anyway, Maybe next time I will read all the instructions carefully instead of speed reading to the bits I thought was important! :) (But probably wont!)

It happens to the best of us. (Note that Bluetooth pairing I mentioned.) Enjoy! Remember to calibrate the pedals every ride.

Charge Assimo Duo. Pair via ANT+ on Edge 1040. Calibrate for accurate power readings. Happy riding!
